How We Work

AI implementation is a three-stage process: Analysis (thoroughly understanding and defining the problem, then selecting the 1–2 processes with the best effort-to-impact ratio, designing solutions, and scoping), Prototype (a working solution built on the company's real data), and Implementation (scaling the Prototype once results are approved, and adding further features). Each stage has a fixed, agreed-upfront price, and the decision to move to the next one belongs to the client.

We don't start with deployment. We start with understanding your process. We work iteratively, on the tools you already have.

How it works

Analysis: understand first, design second

Every project starts with a workshop. We map your processes: what's manual, how long it takes, where the bottlenecks are. We identify 1–2 areas with the best effort-to-impact ratio and agree on measurable success criteria.

You get: a process map, project scope, and selected pilots with concrete KPIs. Fixed price per phase; you decide whether to continue.

Prototype: tested on real data

We build a prototype for the selected processes and test it on your actual data, not a demo, not synthetic examples. After testing, you measure the impact: time saved, error rate, team workload. Only then do you decide whether to proceed.

You get: a working prototype, an impact report, and a go/no-go decision. If results don't satisfy you, we stop here, with no further obligation.

Implementation: deploy, train, monitor

We deploy the approved automations in your production environment. We train your team and provide materials that stay with your company. After deployment, we monitor KPIs and make adjustments, to ensure the automation performs as intended.

You get: deployed automations, a trained team, and a roadmap for the next processes to optimise.
