2. What data we process and why
- Contact (form or e-mail): your name, e-mail address and message, in order to respond and handle correspondence.
- Server logs: IP address, browser and device type, time of visit; to ensure security and correct operation of the site.
- Visit statistics: data collected by Google Analytics (see section 4), only after you give consent.
3. Legal basis
- Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR: consent (analytics cookies);
- Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR: action at the data subject's request (answering your enquiry);
- Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR: the controller's legitimate interest (site security, establishing and defending claims).
4. Cookies and analytics
The site uses cookies, divided into:
- Essential: e.g. remembering your consent decision. The site does not work correctly without them; they require no consent.
- Analytics (Google Analytics 4): help us understand how you use the site. They load only after you give consent in the cookie banner (Google Consent Mode). You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing site data in your browser or by contacting us.
The analytics tool is provided by Google Ireland Ltd. Data may be processed on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
5. Retention period
- Correspondence: for as long as needed to handle the matter and until any related claims become time-barred.
- Analytics data: according to the retention settings in Google Analytics.
- Server logs: for the period resulting from the hosting configuration.
6. Data recipients
Data may be entrusted to entities supporting the operation of the site: the hosting provider and Google (Google Analytics), each time under a data processing agreement. We do not sell personal data.
7. Your rights
You have the right to: access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, data portability, object, and withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO) in Poland.
8. Voluntary nature of providing data
Providing data is voluntary but necessary for us to answer your enquiry. Consent to analytics cookies is entirely voluntary and is not a condition for using the site.
9. Automated decision-making
We do not carry out automated decision-making, including profiling, that produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you.
